Organic Agave Syrup

Agave is a liquid sweetener that dissolves easily and has a viscosity similar to maple syrup. Our premium agave is up to 1.3 times sweeter than sugar (sucrose), gluten-free, and high in long-chain branched inulin (soluble fibre). Unlike some sweeteners that have notes of fruit, caramel, or flowers, agave syrup has a very neutral, “clean” tasting sweetness. This makes it a good sweetener for recipes with delicate flavours. It can be used in any recipe that calls for a liquid sweetener, be it for baked goods, beverages, ice cream, dressings, or marinades.
